Update from Pastor Kale L. Mann concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19):

 

Greetings to my Faith Temple Community Church Family, 

 

What a joy it is to know that God keeps his children in perfect peace as we keep our hearts and minds stayed on Him. It is through the continued prayers of the righteous, and the grace of God, that we, as the body of Christ, are sustained. 

 

Due to the current spike in COVID-19 cases in Chemung County, New York State Governor, Andrew Cuomo, has placed parts of the county back to Orange Zone under the New York State COVID-19 control plan. While in the orange zone houses of worship are limited to 33% occupancy with a maximum of 25 people.  

 

Faith Temple Community Church is located within the Orange Zone section. Because of this, I have decided, through much prayer, to close the church from public gatherings while Chemung County is in the orange status. Our responsibility has and will remain focused on the health, safety, and welfare of all God people. We must continue to be sensitive to the voice of God as he leads and directs us in the season.

 

As your Pastor, I ask the following; that you, God's people, diligently abide in him through prayer, fasting, and devotion. We trust in God and believe he is going to heal and deliver us from this coronavirus.

I also ask that you remain connected to your Faith Temple Community Church family. We will continue to offer virtual gathering through our website, www.Ftcommunity.org  and social media platforms.

Let’s not be discouraged or view this as a setback, but a set up for the greater God has in store for them who love him! The Apostle Paul wrote; “And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
